Day of Fun

Today a good friend of mine and myself went down to the Alberta Legislature grounds and had a little fun. My friend wanted to learn more about her camera and to get off of the Auto setting and I needed to get back out and use my camera with my new glasses. I hadn't shot a camera with progressive lenses before. We found some nice areas and had a good time. Here are a few of the treasures that I found today.

Heritage Days

I don't exactly know what happend, but here we are in September already. A few things since our holidays have come and gone and now kids are back to school and the cooler weather is starting to come.

Every year in Edmonton we have something called Heritage Days. This is were we can experience the taste and culture of almost every country around the world. Here is a small snapshot of the Scandinavian Pavilion were my family spends the August long weekend most years.
